The Project Background - What Problems We Were Trying To Solve
- Low degree of mechanization of rice production, labor shortage, serious land abandonmentDue to a large number of rural people going to work in cities, the rural labor force is insufficient, As a result, a large amount of land is abandoned, and the land is allocated to farmers in a small area, and there is no way to use agricultural machinery on a large scale.
- Unscientific use of pesticides and fertilizers Excessive fertilization undoubtedly leads to the low utilization rate of chemical fertilizers. The utilization rate of chemical fertilizers in China is only 30%. A large number of agricultural films, pesticides and fertilizers are bound to cause pollution to soil and water bodies. After the pollution, it is necessary to further increase the amount of fertilizers and pesticides, which will cause pollution to a greater extent and form a vicious circle
- People's awareness of nutrition and health has gradually improved, the consumption demand for high-quality and green rice has increased, and the consumption demand of rice has become increasingly refined.

The Technology Implemented
- On the premise of not increasing Agricultural Internet of Things(IOT) technology rice field planting application. Agricultural machinery in the agricultural Internet of Things environment is intelligent, and is equipped with satellite navigation systems, automatic driving systems, computer equipment, and necessary sensors to achieve continuous monitoring of field crop information, soil information, and environmental information. The agricultural machinery work according to the set route, realize all the automation of fertilization and spraying, and mark the fertilized area and the unfertilized area one by one through the recording and display of GPS. In this case of the close combination of agricultural Internet of Things and precision agriculture, agricultural machinery can be densely planted in places with high fertility, sparsely planted in places with low fertility
- Blockchain: To meet consumers' whole-process traceability requirements from planting to dining table, quality control and traceability of rice from planting, sorting, packaging, transportation and sales are carried out, and rice samples, soil samples, and water samples are collected in a visual and data-based manner. , geographical location, average temperature, humidity and other quality inspection reports are displayed in front of consumers, truly endorsement of good quality.
- Artificial intelligence enabled software platform. This software platform is not just an operation platform, but a huge management system. The field planting monitoring and early warning system transmits the field data to the monitoring and early warning center through GPRS transmission, which solves the problems of space and time. The system software platform can organize and analyze the data collected by each acquisition node and display and store it in the form of tables, graphs and histograms. It is convenient for users to view and accumulate planting experience at any time
